TRANSLATION  INFORMATION
To access the translation inside the Salle des Princes at the Grimaldi Forum, you need to :
- Connect your phone to the WIFI called : EUROFORUM-TRAD with the Password : monaco2024

- Then download Interprefy App: http://onelink.to/jqkgr6
- Connect/plug your earphones
- Enter the password : monaco2024
- Choose your language
- Press CONNECT

- Registration cost: 150£ / € 180.
- No-show cost (cancellation after November 13): 430 £ / € 500

- Reception will begin on the first day at 10:30 and end on the second day at 12:00 (lunch not included).
- Schmidt Groupe does not cover transportation before or after the event.

- Schmidt Groupe has taken out liability insurance for all participants. However, this insurance does not cover persons considered as authors, responsible or sponsors of the insured accident.

HOTEL INFORMATION
ACCOMMODATION: Accommodation in a twin room is included. Single room supplement (Hotel Meridien Beach Plaza or Hotel Montecarlo Bay subject to availability): 130£ / €150.

IDENTIFICATION: To access your room, it is essential to present a valid form ID. Accepted documents are the identity card and/or passport. Don't forget to check the expiration date of your identification.

CHECK-IN TIME: The rooms for your group will be available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you arrive earlier at the hotel, you may try to check in, and if there is availability, the hotel will assign you a room. However, please note that check-in is guaranteed only from 3:00 p.m.

CHECK-OUT TIME: Check-out must be completed by 9:00 a.m. Since all extras consumed at the hotel (bars and/or restaurants) will be paid on site, there is no need to go to the reception to check out. You can deposit your key in the boxes provided for "express check-out."

BREAKFAST: Breakfast will be served from 6:30 a.m. We recommend going to the breakfast room in advance of your departure time to avoid waiting.

CREDIT CARD: Upon check-in (Hotel Meridien Beach Plaza), a credit card will be required to guarantee any additional charges you may accumulate during your stay. This will allow you to charge your consumption at the bars and restaurants to your room.No card will be required from guests staying at Hotel Montecarlo Bay. In this case, the minibar in your room will not be available, but you can use it by calling room service. All other extras consumed at the bars and/or restaurants of the hotel will be paid for at the time of consumption.

LUGGAGE/CLOAKROOM INFORMATION:
A luggage cloakroom is available to you free of charge at the Grimaldi Forum. Since your hotel rooms will not be ready before 3:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival and you will need to check out of the rooms before returning to the Grimaldi Forum on the second day of the Euroforum, we strongly recommend using the Euroforum cloakroom at the Grimaldi Forum, both upon arrival and departure.

Luggage drop-off upon arrival (Day 1): You can drop off your luggage and/or jackets at the luggage room located in the reception hall of the Grimaldi Forum. Our staff will be happy to assist you.

Luggage drop-off upon departure (Day 2): On the day of your departure, the luggage room will be located on level -2 of the Grimaldi Forum (follow the signs).

Security: All luggage will be labeled and stored securely. You will receive a deposit ticket that you must keep in order to pick up your luggage later.

Opening hours: The luggage room is open from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival (Day 1) and from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on the day of your departure (Day 2). Please ensure you collect your luggage during these hours.

Luggage collection: To collect your luggage, simply present your deposit ticket to the staff in charge. Please make sure to collect your luggage during these hours
