After this date, the lists will be definitively closed, and it will be IMPOSSIBLE to make changes (name or session). 

Reception will begin on the first day at 10:30 and end on the second day at 12:00 (lunch not included). Schmidt Groupe does not cover transportation before or after the event.

A free cloakroom service will be provided at the Grimaldi Forum.

Registration cost: 150£ / € 180.

Accommodation in a double room included. Single room supplement (Hotel Meridien Beach Plaza subject to availability): 130£ / €150. 

No-show cost (cancellation after November 13^th): 430 £ / € 500. 

Schmidt Groupe has taken out liability insurance for all participants. However, this insurance does not cover persons considered as authors, responsible or sponsors of the insured accident.
